If anyone would like to submit photos of Hambledon and its environs we can judge the best. The winner will be announced on the website and the winning photo published on the News Page. The submissions must be your own work, taken in 2009 or 2008, within a 3 mile radius of Hambledon, and interpret the _title_ : "Hambledon".

Attach your photo as a reply to this post. (maximum size 600x600 500Kb - one photo per post).

As Philip was the winner last season, he will be barred from winning this current competition... sorry Philip, but please keep submitting your excellent photos!

Please note: If your photos should feature people, please ensure you have their permission, (or their guardian's permission in the case of minors) for them to appear on this public website.

Contributors to the photography competition will be pleased to know that Philip Underwood has been announced as the winner of the 2008 event. Philip not only entered some outstanding photographs, but helped others to access the forum. Congratulations Philip. He has been given a silver picture _frame_ presented to him by the Hambledon Village Trust.
The Trust will continue to sponsor the competition in 2009. It will be run on a quarterly basis and the winner will be announced at the end of March, June, September and December. Photographs can be on any subject - people, places, events, flora or fauna - but must be taken in or around Hambledon. Each quarterly winner will receive a ?20 Hambledon Village Shop voucher.
Photographs will be judged by the web management team and its decision is final.
