Hello Hambledon
My great great grandparents James & Elizabeth Ayling were living at Sandhole Cottage in 1911. Their son Henry,brother of my great grandfather Jesse,lived in Woodlands Lane until his death aged 87 in 1939. His funeral took place at the parish church & I have a list of the people who attended.
They include Mr and Mrs R Hiscock.In his will Henry left a third of his estate to "my friend Annie Beatrice Hiscock".
Does anyone know who she was?
