Does any know why there are four rubber crocodiles stuck to signs/posts between Clock Barn Road (Salt Lane end) and Milford Train Station (three along the stretch between Enton and the Station)?

because rubber chickens would look silly?

There are quite a few around Godalming too, Aarons Hill etc. perhaps it is the wet weather that is making them a little more bold.
