A casual vacancy has occurred following the resignation of Mike Whittall from the Parish Council.  In accordance with government legislation, if 10 or more electors from the Civil Parish of Hambledon request that a poll be held to fill the vacancy, there wil be a bye-election.  If no such request is received within 14 days of the posting of this notice, the vacancy will be filled by co-option.

Anyone wishing to call for an election should so notify the Clerk in writing by no later than 13 July 2012.
