English Rural Housing Association’s application for 12 affordable and five market houses at Orchard Farm has now been formally submitted and registered and can be viewed on-line via the Waverley Borough Council web site. Paper copies of the plans and accompanying documents can also be obtained from Waverley Council offices.

Hambledon Parish Council is facilitating a public meeting to be held in the Village Hall on Tuesday 13 September starting at 20.00 to enable villagers to express their views on the application. The Parish Council would like its comments to reflect the views of everyone in Hambledon, wherever they live;  and to this end hopes that as many people as possible will attend.

All villagers can also submit their personal comments direct to Waverley – but please note that the cut-off date for receipt of representations is Friday 23 September.
