This year the shop is celebrating its 30th anniversary as a village-owned and volunteer-run enterprise. A very special 22-page souvenir brochure has been compiled, packed with full-colour photos detailing the history of the shop since 1908 and the story of how the shop came into community-ownership.

It’ll be on sale in the shop from Monday 22nd August at £3.
