SURREY COUNTY COUNCIL IN EXERCISE OF ITS POWERS UNDER SECTION 14 (2)
OF The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers hereby gives
notice that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to enter or proceed in
(a) the entire length of Tuesley Lane D169 Godalming; and (b) the entire length of Holloway Hill D169 Godalming.
Alternative Route
Station Lane; A286 Church Road; and A3100 Portsmouth Road/Ockford Road/Flambard Way or this same route in reverse.
This Notice is required to allow surface dressing pre-patching works and/or carriageway maintenance works to be carried out by, or on behalf of Surrey County Council within the length of road described in this notice.
The Notice will commence on 17 February 2023 for a period of up to 5 days, however the works are anticipated to be completed within 3 days between the hours of 7 am and 5 pm.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.
Access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times, as will
access for emergency service vehicles in an emergency situation only.
