As you will be aware English Rural are currently building a development of new homes in Hambledon. The new homes are due for completion in January 2024. Priority for both the affordable and the open market homes will be given to people with a strong connection to Hambledon. English Rural are asking for anyone interested to please register with them directly.

The development, named Livery Close, comprises of 5 affordable rented homes, 2 shared ownership homes and 2 open market sales. Details of the shared ownership homes have been released and anyone interested have been asked to register their interest by 18th July 2023 – this is not a hard deadline and applications will be accepted after this date as well.
