NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEMBERS MEETING
The Annual Members Meeting of THE HAMBLEDON VILLAGE SHOP LIMITED will be held on Thursday 7th July 2016 at 7.30pm in Hambledon Village Hall.
All Members (being persons whose names are listed on the Register of Members as holding shares) are invited to attend and vote at the meeting.
The business to be dealt with is as follows:
- To receive the Annual Accounts for the financial year ending 31 January 2016
- To receive a report on the performance of the shop during the financial year ending 31 January 2016 and the Management Committee’s plans for the current and next financial years
- To elect members of the Management Committee

I would like to thank you for your assistance today. I needed a large box to send a difficult shaped item by post. It was nearly closing time and your day had been very busy but you still managed to solve my problem. It was so kind of you and proved to me that the village spirit is strong. I am delighted that the shop is doing so well with you at the helm.
